Rick Qian is the trading name of Jiaqi Qian, an individual seller based in Shanghai, China. These Terms & Conditions govern access to digital products, subscriptions, and related services offered on this site.

The site currently offers digital subscriptions and software-backed information products, including InfoRadar. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Orders and access

Once payment is successfully processed, access is fulfilled digitally. Delivery may happen by email, chat onboarding, account activation, or another electronic method described on the product page.

3. Subscription billing

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Pricing, billing period, and renewal timing are shown during checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with delivery infrastructure, resell access without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, site design, workflows, and product materials on this site are owned by Jiaqi Qian or licensed for use. Purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

6. Refunds

7. Liability

The services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiaqi Qian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
